Since 2005 are our colleagues managing to prove the claim that a low dose of UV-lighting is enough to prevent the growth of certain diseases on living plants in a vegetable greenhouse. Even though commercial greenhouse operators already chose to protect their plants with CleanLight equipment in this early period. Bur researchers, consultants and Universities ridiculed our claims on all fronts. In 2010 there was a bit of reliving, when researchers at ‘Proefcentrum Hoogstraat’ in Belgium, confirmed that UV performed better than the tested legal fungicides and in 2018 the Cornell University in Ithaca confirmed this ass well.
